Welcome to Sapphire. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Sapphire provides study tools and related digital services. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

To access Sapphire, you must authenticate using your Google account through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sapphire for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of Sapphire or its underlying infrastructure, including Supabase, Netlify, or Google services.
• Impersonate a person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Sapphire are owned by Sapphire and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Sapphire at any time, with or without cause or notice, if these Terms are violated.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sapphire is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
